Terms and Conditions for Metro Welder Services

Please read these terms and conditions ("Terms") carefully before using our website located at metweld.com.au (the "Site") and purchasing products from Metro Welder Services ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Site and purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Site or purchase products from us.

1. Products and Pricing
   We offer a variety of welding products for sale on our Site. We reserve the right to change the products and pricing on our Site at any time without prior notice.

2. Orders and Payment
   You may place an order for products on our Site by following the instructions on the Site. We will process your order and send you a confirmation email. We accept payment by credit card or PayPal. You agree to pay for the products you order, including any applicable taxes and shipping charges.

3. Shipping and Delivery
   We will ship the products you order to the address you provide during checkout. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to ship your order within the estimated timeframe provided at checkout, but we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and ensuring that someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address.

4. Returns and Refunds
   We accept returns of unused and unopened products within 30 days of the delivery date. You must contact us to obtain a return authorisation number before returning any products. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the product is defective or we shipped you the wrong product. We will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned product.

5. Warranty
   We warrant that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of delivery. If you believe that a product is defective, you must contact us within the warranty period to obtain a warranty claim number. We may require you to return the product to us for inspection. If we determine that the product is defective, we will replace the product or issue a refund at our discretion.

6. Limitation of Liability
   To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our Site or the products we sell, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
