The 3M Speedglas G5-01 TW Helmet Upgrade Kit allows existing 3M Adflo PAPR users to upgrade their welding helmet – at a fraction of the cost. The Upgrade Kit comes with the new Speedglas Flip-Up Welding Helmet G5-01 complete with the Speedglas G5-01 TW welding lens. Simply attach the helmet to your existing Adflo PAPR and you can benefit from all the features of the new Speedglas G5-01 TW welding helmet, including Climate Control, TrueView, Smoother Dark-Light Transition, Bluetooth Connectivity and the options of Configurable Extra Protection and a Task Light.

Upgrade to the New Feature-Packed G5-01 TW

Existing Adflo PAPR customers can now experience the upgraded features of the Speedglas G5-01TW welding helmet. With True-View, larger viewing areas, Climate Control, a removable welding shield, optional task light and more, the G5-01 simply connects to your existing Adflo PAPR unit! The kit comes complete with the welding helmet and lens.

Powerful Welding Fume Protection

Comfortable face seal follows the contours of both the face and helmet to create a positive pressure seal from pollutants. An exclusive airflow pattern within the helmet ensures filtered air is evenly distributed throughout the entire breathing zone of the welder.

Smoother Dark-Light Transition

To minimise eye strain during extended tack welding applications, the G5-01 TW welding lens uses an intermediate shade 5 light state. If an arc is not struck within 2 seconds the welding lens will automatically switch back to its shade 3 TrueView light state.

Flip-up to Even Larger Views

The extra-large flip-up clear visor is 16% larger than the 9100 FX Air (170x104 mm), giving you even greater views while grinding. The flip-up grinding shield also allows clear and uninhibited views as you walk around the workplace, all while keeping your positive pressure respiratory seal in place.
